The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering providers for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it can be alarmed in regards to the substantial variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some higher quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no here entirely here functional office focused on service the area every day. The service place designed for intervention encounters a high influx of probable beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for that office to attend to all people who go to here a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to empower the servicing of all buyers and boost entry to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
